Our Story
Family-owned and operated, Grand View Villas was founded to offer something the large facilities couldn't: a true home. With only a handful of residents at each location, our caregivers know everyone by name — their stories, preferences, favorite foods, and morning routines.
We're proud to serve families across Mission Viejo, Laguna Niguel, and South Orange County with a level of attention and warmth that's rare in senior care.
